Camp Gladiator (CG) is the fastest growing outdoor fitness company in the nation (now offering a virtual program also). CG specializes in fun, yet challenging workouts for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Each workout is run by an all-star Certified Personal Trainer who will coach you, show you the correct technique, and provide you a different workout each and every class. With over 4000 locations nationwide, members are able to attend all locations and an unlimited amount of classes per week.
Camp Gladiator Lake Nona is directed by Primary Trainer, Vernice Gasper. Vernice has been a certified trainer/coach for 10 years. Originally from Australia, she left her career as an Occupational Therapist to pursue her passion in helping others stay fit and healthy through movement and nutrition. Vernice’s mission is to positively impact as many people as possible!
